Albert L. Lucas, CPA, CIA, CISA a Partner of BCA Watson Rice LLP and a Principal in the Assurance Practice at Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio & Associates P.C. (BCA) with more than 25 years of audit and business consulting experience. In addition to being a CPA, Mr. Lucas is also a certified internal auditor (CIA) and certified information systems auditor (CISA). Major clients serviced by Mr. Lucas include both major utilities and state and local government clients. Mr. Lucas also serves not-for-profit clients such as the NAACP, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, the Martin Luther King Memorial Foundation and others.

Prior to joining BCA, Mr. Lucas was a partner with another public accounting firm where he managed a portfolio of more than 30 clients in diverse industries with primary focus in the secondary mortgage market and utility industries. Mr. Lucas began his career in 1980 at Arthur Andersen and worked as both an auditor and senior systems consultant during his 10 years with the firm.
