Charlton J. Sampson, PMP, CISA, CISM is a Principal of Bazilio Cobb Associates, PC (BCA). He is Principal-in-Charge of the Information Technology Assurance and Control (ITAC) Department of BCA. Mr. Sampson has more than 20 years of diversified IT experience including, IT Project Management, IT Forensic Auditing, Information Systems Security, Financial Information Systems Development, e-Business Operations and Internet Applications. He has served as the Engagement Partner for a wide range of clients including the federal and local government, educational entities, non-for-profit organizations and private corporations.

Mr. Sampson has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Information System Science from the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. He is a Certified Software Manager (CSM), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is affiliated with the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
