John D’Amico, CPA, is a Principal at TCBA Watson Rice LLP and has 15 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in auditing, accounting and consulting services to governmental agencies and not-for-profit organizations. He has managed complex engagements with numerous teams conducting simultaneous audits at multiple locations. Mr. D’Amico also serves as the quality control principal for the firm, ensuring that the firm’s quality meets AICPA quality standards.

Mr. D’Amico is a CPA and a graduate of Pace University where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting. John's areas of expertise include extensive experience with OMB A-133 audits, government auditing standards and internal controls. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he served on the Not-for-Profit Committee. He also serves as an instructor for the AICPA and teaches courses on governmental auditing standards, OMB A-133 audits, and non-profit accounting and auditing issues.

Prior to joining TCBA Watson Rice LLP, Mr. D’Amico serviced a myriad of not-for-profit clients and governmental agencies including higher education, social service agencies, religious organizations, professional organizations, and foundations.
