BCA Watson Rice is fully committed to making our staff the best in the profession, in order to provide our clients with superior quality service. With this in mind, we pay special attention to the continued training of our professional staff.

All professional staff members are required to complete all of the continuing professional education requirements set forth by the AICPA, and the State Board of Accountancy or those of other regulatory agencies, and the Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.

BCA Watson Rice has developed continuing in-house professional education and training programs consistent with, and responsive to, the needs and expectations of both our professional staff and our profession. Although some technical training is completed in-house, WR utilizes continuing professional education sessions offered by the AICPA, the AGA, the GFOA, and various CPA State Societies to fulfill most of its training needs.

In addition, BCA Watson Rice LLP believes in helping our employees progress with our firm. Over the years, we have been very fortunate to be able to watch employees rise from staff to management levels. We believe that it is the obligation of senior management to assist in the development of staff. We also strive to provide timely evaluations to our staff members of their performance on engagements.
